Your wedding team is selected by BlackTie Brothers for their skills and availability, with every artist working to our shooting and editing standards. We oversee the process and take responsibility for your finished photos and films. If an assigned artist becomes ill or injured, we arrange a replacement through our team. We photograph and film weddings nationwide. Our teams are based in New York, Florida and Hawaii, with regular coverage across New York City, Long Island and New York State; Orlando, Tampa and Miami; and Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, Maui and the Big Island. We assign regional or traveling artists based on where your wedding is and what it needs, and we confirm any travel details with you before you book. We also travel for destination weddings and wedding weekends anywhere in the U.S., from relaxed celebrations to black-tie and luxury weddings.

Yes. We photograph and film couples of every background, including LGBTQ+ and same-sex couples, Foundational Black American couples, and interracial and multicultural families. Our experience includes South Asian (Hindu and Sikh), Muslim (nikah, walima and mehndi), African and Caribbean, East and Southeast Asian, Jewish, Greek, Latino and traditional American weddings, including multi-day celebrations covered by one team. Yes, and we love them. Maddy and Dan planned a Halloween wedding at Stratton Creek Inn with a black gown, deep purple for the wedding party, guests in costume and a live set from Dan’s band. Yes. The portfolio links to more than 60 complete client galleries, along with the finished films our couples received: mostly our highlight film, which typically runs 5 to 10 minutes, plus a 23-minute long edit (longer edits are an add-on) and two short trailers, each marked with its running time. The planning ranges above are a realistic starting point. Every collection starts at six hours of coverage, and a full wedding day usually runs eight to ten, so our full-day budget guide shows what eight and ten hours cost for photography and film together. Your final investment depends on location, coverage hours, team size and any enhancements you add. Use our pricing page to find the collections for your location.
